岗位职责 1. 深入了解所支持业务团队的特性与工作节奏，快速理解业务核心诉求，前瞻性预判潜在行政需求，提供贴合业务场景的定制化行政支持解决方案。 2. 独立统筹 50 人以上中大型活动全流程，包括不限于团队 TB、部门小年会、庆功会等，覆盖需求调研、方案策划、成本管控、现场落地及效果复盘，兼顾员工体验与业务适配性。 3. 积极开拓、维护和考核上海及周边场地、餐饮、团建等各类供应商，建立分级供应商梯队，实现成本与质量的最优平衡。 4. 搭建业务与行政的沟通桥梁，协调会务、餐饮、车辆、物业等各类资源，建立高效资源调配机制，确保响应及时、交付稳定。 5. 梳理优化需求对接、审批、活动申请等全链路流程；定期复盘业务支持工作，沉淀标准化模板与最佳实践，持续提升服务稳定性与可复制性。 6. 主动探索AI工具在行政场景的落地应用，将AI融入方案策划、数据复盘、成本管控等工作环节，优化工作链路、沉淀提效方法。 7. 完成上级交办的其他临时性行政工作，主动补位、积极配合。

任职要求 - 全日制本科及以上学历 - 需要有1-3年企业行政BP/团建/培训/企业活动相关独立实操工作经验 - 逻辑清晰，表达结构化，具备完整链路思维 - 抗压能力强，现场应变能力好，主动沟通意识强

软性要求 1. 责任心与闭环意识：事事有回应、件件有着落，主动推进工作、及时同步风险，对结果负责，无需他人兜底。 2. 统筹执行能力：具备全流程项目统筹能力，逻辑清晰、做事细致，能同时推进多项目，精准把控时间、成本与落地细节。 3. 沟通协调能力：擅长跨部门沟通、供应商谈判与多方资源协调，能高效对接不同角色，妥善解决分歧、推动落地。 4. 业务敏感度：具备强业务导向思维，能快速理解游戏团队工作节奏，主动预判需求，提供贴合业务的精准支持。 5. 服务意识与抗压性：以业务和员工需求为核心，主动服务；适应互联网快节奏与突发状况，具备良好抗压与应急能力，接受弹性工作。 6. 体系化思维与创新能力：善于复盘总结经验，沉淀标准化流程与工具模板，能结合业务需求创新服务模式提质增效。
