工作职责 1. 深入参与游戏项目全生命周期，提供专业的财务支持与决策建议，成为业务团队的紧密合作伙伴。 2. 监控项目成本、收入及利润情况，重点推动降本增效工作，识别成本优化机会并落地改进方案。 3. 开展项目财务分析，包括但不限于盈利能力分析、成本结构分析、ROI分析等，为项目优化提供数据支持。 4. 参与新项目商业计划制定、合同评审等关键环节，从财务角度评估项目可行性与潜在风险。 5. 建立并完善项目财务模型，提升财务预测的准确性和及时性，助力项目决策。 6. 与公司财务团队紧密协作，确保项目财务数据的准确性与合规性，推动财务流程优化。 任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，财务、会计、金融等相关专业，5年以上相关行业财务BP工作经验。 2. 熟悉游戏行业业务模式、盈利逻辑及财务特点，具备扎实的财务专业知识和丰富的财务分析能力更优。 3. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、逻辑思维能力和问题解决能力，能快速理解业务需求并提供有效支持。 4. 熟练使用Excel等办公软件及财务系统，具备数据建模能力者优先。 5. 热爱游戏，对游戏行业有浓厚兴趣。 6. 工作积极主动，责任心强，能承受一定的工作压力，具备良好的团队合作精神。
