岗位职责： 1. 主导架构优化升级，设计并落地百万级DAU分布式架构，支持动态扩缩容； 2. 负责棋牌、休闲类服务器底层架构设计和实现。负责玩法服务器实现，如：高度灵活组合规则的棋牌玩法、SLOT玩法等； 3. 开发和维护服务器组件，搭建高性能、可扩展的服务器底层。对服务器端承载规模、稳定性、安全性、效能等多方面优化； 4. 管理后端团队的工作方向和工作进度，提升团队整体技术能力和开发效率，积累沉淀核心技术，编写相关开发文档； 5. 持续与策划、客户端等团队协作，打磨产品核心体验，保障服务器内容的效果、质量和稳定。

任职资格: 1. 计算机、数学及相关专业本科及以上学历，8-10年以上游戏服务器开发经验，3年以上服务器主程经验； 2. 精通至少一种主流开发语言，如C++、Java、Golang等；熟悉常见的服务器设计，如skynet/kbengine/bigworld等；熟悉服务器并发模型，如多线程、Actor、协程等； 3. 精通网络io模型，有高并发TCP实时应用的开发经验；精通MySQL/MongoDB/Redis等数据库； 4. 具备良好的代码组织和管理能力，有良好的代码和文档习惯，对代码质量有较高要求； 5. 清晰的逻辑思维，善于沟通，责任心和抗压能力强，热爱游戏并对开发充满热情； 6. 有完整棋牌游戏系统架构开发且稳定上线运营项目经验者优先。
