岗位职责： 1. 负责客服系统从需求分析、设计、编码、测试和上线维护全流程； 2. 负责客服系统框架设计，建立灰度热更机制和监控体系，确保系统的稳定性和高可用； 3. 负责服务拆分和核心模块的代码编写和review， 确保代码实现质量，保证服务的性能、安全性和可维护性； 4. 负责编写和维护相关技术文档，如技术方案设计文档、API接口文档等； 5. 与产品、策划及运维团队协作，推进复杂需求拆解、方案落地和项目交付。 任职要求: 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2. 5以上Java开发经验，Java基础扎实，精通io、多线程、集合等基础框架，主导或作为核心参与公司级别大项目； 3. 具备良好的面向对象编程思想，熟练掌握常用的设计模式， 对抽象建模有一定的实践和沉淀； 4. 熟练掌握目前主流的开源框架（Netty/Spring Boot/Spring Cloud/MyBatis等），并熟悉其核心思想和实现原理； 5. 熟练使用以下一种或多种中间件（Redis/RocketMQ/Kafka等），熟悉其中原理； 6. 熟练掌握MySQL/MongoDB等常用数据库的操作，对数据库事务、锁、并发机制原理有一定了解； 7. 主导或深度参与客服聊天系统，IM即时通讯系统， 私域运营平台的设计和研发，具备从0-1经验的优先； 8. 有钻研精神，具有极强的快速学习能力和跨团队协作、沟通能力。
