岗位职责 1、负责游戏服务端业务逻辑与功能模块的开发、迭代工作，保障功能高效、稳定上线。 2、配合策划完成游戏数值落地、玩法调试验证，支撑日常版本更新与运营需求。 3、参与游戏分布式服务架构优化、数据库结构设计与优化，保障游戏高在线、高并发场景下的稳定性，适配长线运营需求。 4、严格遵守团队代码规范，编写整洁、易维护、可复用的业务代码，保证代码质量。 5、跟进项目版本迭代及线上问题修复，持续保障服务器的稳定运行。

任职要求 1、全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业。 2、3年以上Java后端开发经验，有SLG/MMO游戏开发、上线运营经验者优先。 3、扎实掌握Java基础，熟悉IO、多线程并发等基础技能。 4、熟悉MongoDB、Redis、MySQL、Kafka、ActiveMQ、Etcd、K8s等常用技术栈，能完成分布式业务开发。 5、代码习惯良好，具备独立排查问题的能力，热爱游戏，有责任心，善于团队协作。
