岗位职责： 1、负责公司结算相关系统的设计与开发，参与核心功能建设、系统优化及技术方案落地，保障结算业务稳定、准确和高效运行； 2、负责结算系统核心功能的设计、开发和维护； 3、参与需求分析、领域建模及技术方案设计； 4、推动业务规则的平台化和智能化建设，提升系统扩展能力； 5、负责系统性能优化、稳定性建设及生产问题排查； 6、与产品、财务及相关技术团队协作，推动项目高质量交付； 7、完善测试、监控和技术文档，保证系统数据准确、过程可追溯。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程或相关专业，5 年及以上相关经验； 2、熟练掌握 Java、SpringCloud、Agent 开发等常用技术； 3、熟悉海量数据高性能处理实践经验； 4、具备良好的业务理解、系统设计和问题分析能力； 5、重视代码质量，具备良好的编码规范、测试和技术文档习惯； 6、具备良好的沟通协作能力和责任意识。 加分项： 1、有结算、对账、计费或财务系统相关经验，游戏行业优先； 2、熟悉领域驱动设计（DDD）并有复杂业务系统建模的实际项目经验； 3、有规则引擎或配置化业务平台建设经验； 4、有大规模订单、账单或流水数据处理经验；
