主要职责 参与公司内部信息化系统（如财务系统、人事系统、统一权限中心、自建流程引擎、OA等）的需求分析、设计、编码、测试和上线维护全流程。 负责核心模块的代码编写，确保代码质量、性能、安全性和可维护性。 重点投入于自研流程引擎、统一权限系统的架构设计与持续优化，解决复杂业务场景下的技术难题。 与产品经理、业务部门紧密沟通，准确理解业务需求并将其转化为技术方案。 负责现有系统的迭代升级和性能优化，修复系统缺陷，保障系统稳定运行。 编写和维护相关技术文档，如设计文档、API接口文档等。 任职要求 计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业，本科及以上学历。 5年及以上扎实的Java开发经验，具备良好的面向对象编程思想，熟悉常用设计模式。 具备企业内部信息化系统开发经验，至少深度参与过以下至少两个领域的项目： 财务信息化系统（如：ERP、费控、预算、报销等模块）。 权限系统（如：RBAC模型、数据权限、单点登录SSO、统一身份认证等）。 流程引擎（如：有自研流程引擎的经验，或深度使用/二次开发过Activiti、Flowable、Snaker、Camunda等开源引擎）。 人事相关系统（如：HRMS、考勤、薪酬、绩效管理等）。 熟练掌握Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, MyBatis等主流开源框架。 精通MySQL等关系型数据库，具备良好的数据库设计能力和SQL优化经验。 熟悉Redis、RabbitMQ/Kafka、Elasticsearch等中间件的使用和原理。 了解Linux操作系统，能使用常用命令进行部署和问题排查。 具备良好的团队协作精神、沟通能力和解决问题的能力。 加分项：有从0到1主导或核心参与搭建内部重要系统（如流程平台、权限中心、财务系统）的经验，并对领域驱动有良好的理论知识和丰富的落地经验；有python经验。
