职位要求： 1、负责游戏发行中台、充值中心、账号体系、用户标签画像等核心系统的需求分析、设计、开发、测试、上线维护和持续优化； 2、负责核心模块代码编写，确保代码质量、性能、安全性、可维护性和长期演进能力； 3、参与国内外充值、支付数据对账、账号登录、用户画像、用户行为分析等复杂业务场景建设； 4、参与核心链路稳定性建设，包括容量评估、限流降级、监控告警、故障演练、问题复盘、性能优化和技术债治理； 5、与产品经理、运营、业务部门和客户端团队紧密沟通，准确理解业务需求并转化为可落地技术方案； 6、负责编写和维护设计文档、接口文档、排障手册、监控指标和上线预案。 任职要求： 1、计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业，本科及以上学历，5年及以上Java开发经验； 2、具备扎实的Java服务端开发能力，熟悉面向对象编程、常用设计模式、工程质量和代码可维护性； 3、熟练掌握Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、MyBatis等主流Java技术体系； 4、具备 C 端高并发或核心交易链路经验，熟悉账号体系、用户画像、用户行为分析、国内外充值中心、支付数据对账或稳定性建设中的多个方向； 6、精通MySQL、Oracle等关系型数据库，具备良好的数据库设计能力和SQL优化能力； 7、熟悉Redis、RabbitMQ/Kafka、Elasticsearch、HBase等中间件的使用场景和基本原理； 8、熟悉Linux常用操作，能够进行部署、日志分析、性能排查和线上问题定位； 9、具备强owner意识和稳定性意识，能主动识别风险、补齐监控、推动复盘并沉淀长期机制。
