我们正在寻找一位具备成熟审美判断、项目统筹能力和团队带教能力的休闲游戏主美，负责项目整体美术风格把控、品质标准建立及美术团队管理。我们希望：你不仅是一位执行能力强的美术专家，也是一位能为项目提供方向判断的美术负责人。你能够理解产品目标，敢于提出专业判断，既能把控美术品质，也能推动团队高效协作，帮助项目形成稳定、可持续的美术生产能力。

岗位职责 1. 负责休闲游戏项目整体美术风格设定与品质把控，包括角色、场景、UI、动效、特效、宣传素材等方向的视觉统一与落地质量。 2. 根据产品定位、目标用户和商业化需求，制定清晰的美术风格方向、视觉规范和制作标准，提升项目整体美术表现力。 3. 负责美术资源的规划、排期与验收，合理拆解需求，推动美术资产按时、高质量交付。 4. 深度参与产品版本规划与玩法设计讨论，从美术表现、用户体验和商业转化角度提供专业建议。 5. 负责美术团队的日常管理与能力建设，包括任务分配、过程指导、品质评审、人才培养和外包协同。 6. 建立并优化美术制作流程，推动美术与策划、程序、运营之间的高效协作，提升整体研发效率。 7. 关注休闲游戏、美术风格、AI工具及行业视觉趋势，持续推动项目美术表现和生产效率提升。

任职要求 1. 8年以上游戏美术相关经验，至少3年以上主美、组长或核心美术负责人经验，有完整项目上线经验者优先。 2. 熟悉休闲游戏美术特点，对轻度用户审美、商业化表现、界面包装、活动视觉、付费点表现有较好的理解。 3. 具备扎实的美术基本功和成熟的审美判断力，能够准确判断画面品质问题，并给出清晰、可执行的修改方向。 4. 具备较强的风格定义和规范制定能力，能够从0到1建立项目美术风格、视觉标准和制作流程。 5. 熟悉游戏研发流程，能够与策划、程序、运营进行高效沟通，理解玩法、功能和商业化目标对美术的要求。 6. 具备较好的团队管理和项目推进能力，能够合理安排资源、把控节奏，并带动团队持续提升产出质量。 7. 对AI美术工具、动效表现、素材生产效率提升有实践经验或强烈兴趣者优先。

加分项 1. 有捕鱼、棋牌、小游戏等休闲品类经验者优先。 2. 有海外项目、中东市场美术经验者优先。 3. 对当前AI工具及应用有丰富实践和探究者优先。
