岗位职责： 1. 有深厚的设计及手绘功底，负责完成游戏角色，角色相关武器装备等设计 2. 负责角色原画的外包规范制定，时间预估和反馈工作，确保外包美术资源符合项目质量标准； 3. 基于项目负责人设定的时间表和目标，利用世界观构建知识和专业技能，参与制定游戏核心视觉方案（包含角色及三视图、玩法分镜、PV分镜等）概念设计； 4. 了解3D游戏制作流程，确保前期概念与3D执行的有效衔接，跟进3D制作落地； 5. 熟悉市场游戏用户审美偏好，具备敏锐的市场洞察力，基于玩家喜好制作宣传海报、立绘等插图； 6. 紧跟最前沿AI技术，最高限度为项目提升效能。

任职要求: 1. 美术院校/设计相关专业，4年以上游戏行业经验； 2. 做过2款以上完整项目经验。 3. 热爱游戏，深刻了解手游美术生产效率的重要性； 4. 具备AI技术落地经验：包括不限于SD模型微调、LoRA训练、ComfyUI工作流搭建等； 5. 能独立完成从概念设计到落地执行的全流程，手速快，思维敏捷，能适应快速迭代的版本需求； 6. 具有良好的团队协作精神，无太强个性，好沟通。
