岗位职责： 1、根据项目的整体规划和目标要求，负责推动和管理从需求启动到上线的全过程 2、负责游戏敏捷开发的各项流程、规范的建立与推进，并能基于 AI 工具，持续推进项目组对工作流进行提效和迭代 3、了解并深入自己负责产品或业务线的业务知识，熟悉游戏运营、游戏项目的内外部跨团队合作，尤其是发行部门的任务与流程 4、具备对于项目问题的发现和归纳总结的能力，能够通过数据分析等各种手段，持续向团队提出解决 / 优化方案和建议 5、搭建团队协作机制，提高沟通与协作的效率，维持良好的团队氛围，促进各团队与部门高效协作

任职要求： 1、本科以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先；985/211 优先 2、3 年及以上游戏行业 PM 从业经验，有过一个或多个上线项目经验优先 熟悉项目管理知识体系，深入了解研发项目的特点、熟悉敏捷开发，有 csm、less 认证优先 3、熟悉游戏研发全流程，有实际设计或开发 / 制作经验优先 4、主观能动性强，自学能力优秀，强沟通能力和执行力，具备较强的推动力和组织协调能力，善于归纳总结
