岗位职责 1. 负责休闲赛季模块内的休闲游戏玩法设计，包括但不限于独立的游戏，玩法活动、成长节奏、奖励反馈等内容。 2. 结合业务目标，对现有玩法进行优化，提升用户的新鲜感、参与感、留存表现与玩法持续体验。 3. 参与部分系统功能设计，如任务、赛季、排行、奖励、商店、成长、入口承接、活动包装等模块方案输出。 4. 能独立完成从需求分析、方案构思、规则设计、流程梳理到详细策划案撰写的完整工作，输出可落地的文档、流程图、原型及配置需求。 5. 与程序、美术、UI、数据、运营等团队协作，推进方案落地，并跟进开发、验收与上线效果复盘。 6. 结合数据表现、用户反馈和竞品分析，持续迭代玩法体验与系统结构，推动模块效果优化。 7. 关注平台内不同模块之间的联动机会，思考如何通过活动与玩法设计促进用户在平台内的转化与活跃提升。 任职要求 1. 本科（985）及以上学历，2年以上游戏策划相关经验，有休闲游戏、活动玩法、赛季系统、小游戏方向经验优先。 2. 具备较强的玩法设计能力，能够独立完成玩法核心规则、目标机制、反馈节奏和可玩性设计。 3. 对系统设计有一定理解，能够承担基础的系统功能方案设计，而非仅停留在纯创意层面。 4. 熟悉常见游戏系统模块，如任务、成长、赛季、排行、奖励、商城、活动等，并理解其对留存、活跃、付费或转化的作用。 5. 具备良好的用户体验意识，能从玩家视角思考上手门槛、爽感反馈、目标感、阶段推进与内容消耗节奏。 6. 具备较好的逻辑表达与文档能力，能够输出结构清晰、研发易理解的策划文档。 7. 有一定数据分析能力，能够基于基础数据、用户行为和反馈进行问题定位与优化判断。 8. 具备良好的沟通协作能力，能够推动跨团队合作，跟进需求落地。 加分项 1. 有 Ludo、棋牌、休闲竞技、超休闲、轻活动玩法相关项目经验。 2. 有海外项目经验，尤其是东南亚 / 印尼市场经验。 3. 有平台型产品思维，能理解“玩法吸引用户”和“模块承接转化”之间的关系。 4. 熟悉基础数据分析工具或 SQL，能独立完成简单的数据拆解与效果验证。 5. 有 AI 辅助策划、竞品拆解、原型输出等工作习惯者优先。
