工作职责 1. 负责内部平台产品规划与落地，覆盖服务树、CI/CD 与制品、部署与弹性计算、负载均衡与域名接入、配置中心、门户与权限等。 2. 将架构方案转化为 PRD：角色与主路径、页面/接口信息架构、状态与校验、空态与失败态、本期范围与非目标、验收标准。 3. 定义研发与运维的黄金路径和护栏，把高频人工操作做成表单、模板和自助流程，而不是再发一套规范。 4. 对齐平台控制面与基础设施数据面的产品边界（计算、网络、存储、证书等），保证「能申请、能变更、能验收、能归属到人」。 5. 管理需求与迭代吞吐，保证开发排期有可开工切片；用采用率、自助闭环率、试点减负效果排优先级。 6. 组织试点与验收，推动平台被真实项目用起来，并与业务侧产品、项目经理、平台运营分工协作。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上，3 年及以上 B 端 / 内部平台 / 研发效能 / 云或中间件 / 运维工具产品经验，独立交付过被多人日常使用的平台产品。 2. 能读懂架构图、对象模型、接口和约束（权限、审批、多租户、安全合规等），并写成研发可执行的产品方案；不要求写底层实现。 3. 擅长范围管理与拆解，能把中长期蓝图切成可开发、可测试的迭代，明确「这期做什么、不做什么」。 4. 具备权限、组织/资源归属、审批流等 B 端复杂模型的产品感觉，能独立设计，而不是只堆功能清单。 5. 沟通推动能力强，能与架构、开发、基础设施、业务运维、业务研发对齐并推进落地。 6. 节奏快、执行强，适应方案连续产出、研发连续交付，不靠积压需求或反复调研拖慢交付。 加分项 1. 有 CI/CD、CMDB/服务树、配置中心、负载均衡/DNS、容器平台、IAM 任一方向的产品经验。 2. 有游戏、多业务线或「研发与运维协作」场景经验。 3. 能独立输出低保真原型，不依赖专职设计也能推动评审和开发。 4. 拥有开发、运维或 SRE 背景，且能证明自己能够收敛范围、做成可用产品。
