## 岗位职责 1. 全面负责项目测试体系建设及质量管理工作，制定测试策略、质量标准和版本验收机制，保障项目高质量交付。 2. 深度参与产品需求评审、研发设计及版本规划，识别质量风险，推动问题前置解决，持续提升研发效率。 3. 带领测试团队开展功能测试、专项测试及线上质量保障工作，建立覆盖研发全流程的质量管理机制。 4. 推动测试工程化建设，包括自动化测试、测试平台、质量数据分析等，持续提升测试效率与交付质量。 5. 探索并推动AI在测试场景中的落地应用，包括用例生成、自动化脚本、日志分析、缺陷定位、质量评估等方向，打造智能化测试能力。 6. 建立质量复盘及持续改进机制，通过数据驱动优化研发流程，提升产品稳定性及用户体验。 7. 负责测试团队能力建设与培养，营造积极、高效、持续成长的团队氛围，并推动测试、研发、策划等跨职能团队高效协作。

## 任职要求 1. 211及以上院校本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先。 2. 8年以上软件或游戏测试经验，3年以上测试团队管理或测试负责人经验，完整负责过至少一款游戏或互联网产品的质量管理工作。 3. 熟悉游戏研发流程，具备测试体系建设、质量管理、风险控制及跨团队协作经验。 4. 具备扎实的软件测试基础，熟悉自动化测试、性能测试、稳定性测试及线上质量保障体系。 5. 关注AI技术发展，并具备AI赋能测试的实践经验或深入研究，能够推动AI在测试工作流中的实际落地。 6. 具备较强的数据分析能力、系统性思维及项目推动能力，能够从业务和研发全局推动质量持续提升。 7. 对游戏品质有较高追求，有休闲游戏、棋牌、社交产品或海外项目经验者优先。
