岗位职责 1.推动埋点规范、口径统一和数据资产建设，搭建符合业务开展需求的核心指标体系； 2.负责业务自身相关的经营分析，输出异常诊断和优化建议，搭建风险预警机制； 3.支持业务相关的版本、活动、商店、数值等专项分析，提供符合业务需求的数据洞察及调整建议，帮助业务定位当前问题； 4.与产研、运营团队深度合作，通过玩家标签体系搭建、模型预测预警干预、A/B测试等方式提供可落地的业务策略、整体提升玩家游戏体验； 5. 进行专项数据分析，挖掘项目潜在问题和机会，并持续跟进效果。

任职要求 1.本科及以上学历，计算机、统计学，数学等专业； 2.3年以上游戏数据分析经验，有线上数据调优经验者优先； 3.熟练 SQL及python，能独立完成复杂专题分析和问题归因； 4.理解游戏核心经营逻辑，有丰富的A/B 测试，因果推断等经验，有模型应用经验优先； 5.具备较强业务理解和跨团队沟通能力； 6.具备AI工具/AI Agent的实际应用经验者优先，能将其融入日常工作流程提升效率与交付质量。
