岗位职责： 1. 负责项目组游戏的版本内容，根据需求整理并制定完整的版本计划； 2. 负责版本计划的最终上线效果和质量，并且为上线之后的数据结果负责； 3. 参与分析行业竞品，能独立整理和分析竞品的优缺点，输出竞品文档和优化方案； 4. 带领团队小伙伴，合理安排执行策划的工作，辅助培养执行策划。

任职资格: 1. 一本以上学历，985以上学历优先； 2. 8年以上工作经验，一定要有成功项目经验，并且在其中至少某一个方面起关键作用； 3. 有卡牌，RPG，SLG类的项目经验优先； 4. 具有敏锐的市场意识，熟悉数据分析、商业化策略、产品优化、竞品分析等； 5. 具备良好的逻辑分析能力、学习能力，有较强的主动性推进工作。 6. 热爱游戏，有足够广度的游戏涉猎，关注用户对产品的体验，对数据敏感；
