岗位职责： 1、商业化策略规划：负责游戏整体商业化运营策略，根据产品阶段、用户需求及业务目标制定礼包、商品、促销及广告等商业化内容规划，持续优化商业化体系； 2、用户分层商业化：结合用户生命周期、累计付费、付费习惯、资源库存及游戏行为建立用户商业化分层，针对不同用户制定差异化商品及运营策略； 3、广告商业化运营：负责激励广告等广告变现策略优化，关注广告点位、曝光、观看频次、用户分层及广告收益，在用户体验与广告收入之间寻找合理平衡； 4、商业化支持：关注不同国家/地区用户的付费习惯、价格敏感度、支付方式及商业化表现，制定区域差异商业化策略； 5、数据分析与策略优化：持续监控付费率、ARPU、ARPPU、礼包转化、广告观看及收入等核心指标，主动发现商业化问题和增长机会，并通过AB测试等方式验证和迭代策略； 6、竞品及市场跟踪：持续关注重点市场的休闲游戏及核心竞品，跟踪其版本、活动、商业化、社区运营及市场热点，沉淀区域市场及竞品信息，为运营策略提供参考；

任职资格： 1、本科及以上学历，5年以上游戏商业化运营、游戏运营或相关工作经验，有休闲游戏、模拟经营、Merge、女性向等长线运营产品经验优先； 2、熟悉手游商业化体系，对礼包、商品、定价、促销、付费转化及广告变现等有较完整的理解，有独立负责商业化模块经验优先； 3、具备较强的用户分层及商业化策略能力，能够结合用户生命周期、付费能力、资源库存及行为差异制定针对性的商业化方案； 4、具备较强的数据分析能力和数据敏感度，能够通过付费、广告及用户行为数据主动发现问题，并将分析结论转化为可落地的商业化策略； 5、具备较强的游戏产品理解和用户体验意识，能够平衡短期收入增长与用户体验、留存及长期LTV，而非单纯追求付费强度； 6、具备良好的逻辑思维、沟通及项目推进能力，能够与策划、活动运营、数据分析等岗位协作推动商业化方案落地。
