岗位职责： 1、核心数据监控与分析：负责游戏核心运营数据的日常监控，从国家/地区、渠道、用户生命周期、付费分层等维度进行数据拆解，及时发现数据异常及潜在业务问题； 2、数据监控体系建立：建立并持续优化核心数据监控体系、数据看板及分析模板，提高团队数据使用效率； 3、活动及商业化分析：参与游戏版本及活动数据目标制定、上线监控和效果复盘，沉淀历史版本及活动数据，为后续活动排期、难度设计及版本规划提供参考；负游戏付费及广告商业化相关分析，结合用户分层及行为数据协助商业化运营发现收入增长机会及潜在问题； 4、用户分析：建立并持续完善用户分层及生命周期分析体系， 挖掘影响用户留存、活跃、流失及付费转化的关键因素，同时为用户运营、版本优化及商业化策略提供数据支持。

任职资格： 1、本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机、经济学等相关专业优先； 2、5年以上游戏数据分析/游戏运营相关经验，有休闲游戏、模拟经营、女性向等长线运营产品经验优先； 3、对游戏核心运营指标有较完整的理解，熟悉游戏产品数据分析方法； 4、具备较强的数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel、SQL、数数等数据分析工具，能够独立完成数据提取、处理和分析； 5、具备较强的游戏业务理解能力，能够结合游戏实际内容解释数据变化，而非仅完成数据统计和报表输出； 6、具备主动发现问题的能力，能够从数据中提出业务假设，并进一步给出可落地的运营建议； 7、具备良好的逻辑思维和沟通能力，能够与策划、运营等岗位协作并推动分析结论落地。
