岗位职责： 1、区域市场及用户洞察：负责重点海外国家/地区的市场及用户研究，持续关注当地用户习惯、文化偏好、游戏趋势、节日热点、付费习惯等信息，为产品及运营策略提供区域视角； 2、本地化运营规划：根据产品整体运营规划，结合当地节日、文化热点及用户偏好，策划本地化活动、版本包装及用户触达内容，协同活动、版本等团队推动方案落地，并持续跟踪运营效果； 3、用户及社区反馈：持续关注重点区域玩家反馈、客服问题、应用商店评论及社区舆情，归纳不同区域用户的核心诉求和体验问题，并推动相关问题进入产品及运营优化流程； 4、竞品及市场跟踪：持续关注重点市场的休闲游戏及核心竞品，跟踪其版本、活动、商业化、社区运营及市场热点，沉淀区域市场及竞品信息，为运营策略提供参考； 5、区域运营效果复盘：结合用户数据、运营数据及玩家反馈，分析不同国家/地区的运营表现，评估本地化策略效果，持续优化区域运营方案并沉淀经验。

任职资格： 1、本科及以上学历，3-5年海外游戏运营相关经验，有休闲游戏、模拟经营、女性向、Merge等长线运营产品经验优先； 2、熟悉海外游戏市场，对欧美等重点市场的用户特点、文化习惯、节日节点及游戏市场有较好的理解，有独立负责某一海外区域运营经验优先； 3、具备较强的游戏产品理解和运营能力，能够结合区域用户特点，对活动、版本、用户触达及商业化内容提出本地化运营建议； 4、具备较强的用户及市场敏感度，能够从玩家反馈、社区舆情、竞品及市场变化中主动发现问题和运营机会； 5、具备基础的数据分析能力，能够结合活跃、留存、付费、活动参与等数据判断不同区域用户表现及运营策略效果。
