岗位职责 1、负责游戏研发项目管理体系建设，统筹项目立项、版本规划、研发排期、上线交付及复盘全过程，保障项目目标按期、高质量达成； 2、深入业务，与制作人及策划、程序、美术、测试、运营等负责人共同拆解项目目标，明确关键路径、资源配置及阶段性交付标准。 3、管理多项目及多版本并行节奏，识别需求变更、资源冲突、技术风险和交付风险，推动问题及时决策与闭环； 4、建立并持续优化需求管理、版本管理、风险管理、里程碑评审及项目复盘机制，提升团队协作效率和研发确定性； 5、负责项目管理团队的搭建与培养，明确PM职责分工、工作标准和协作边界，提升团队专业能力及业务影响力； 5、推动研发流程和工具优化，探索AI在需求拆解、进度跟踪、风险识别、会议纪要及项目复盘等场景中的应用。

任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，5年以上游戏研发项目管理经验，有项目管理团队负责人或大型项目核心PM经验； 2、熟悉游戏研发全流程，能够理解策划、程序、美术、测试等职能的工作逻辑和上下游依赖关系； 3、有完整游戏项目从立项、研发、测试到上线运营的项目管理经验，能够独立承接复杂项目或多项目并行管理； 4、具备较强的目标拆解、计划管理、风险判断和跨团队推动能力，能够在复杂环境下快速识别核心问题并推动决策； 5、具备较强的业务理解能力，不局限于进度跟踪，能够从产品目标、资源投入和交付结果角度推动项目成功； 6、具备团队管理和人才培养经验，能够搭建项目管理机制并提升PM团队整体专业水平； 7、沟通成熟、原则性强，能够与制作人、职能负责人及管理层建立高效协作关系。

加分项 1、有棋牌、休闲游戏、社交游戏或海外游戏项目经验； 2、有50人以上研发团队或多个项目并行管理经验； 3、有研发流程体系搭建、敏捷研发落地或组织协同机制建设经验； 4、熟悉Jira、飞书项目、Confluence等项目管理工具，并有AI提效实践经验。
