如果你也想和一群认真做游戏的人并肩作战，欢迎加入我们，一起把脑洞、热爱和好点子变成真正被玩家喜欢的作品！ 岗位职责 1. 统筹多项目组全生命周期（启动至上线运营）的进度规划与落地跟进，保障项目按期交付，并负责项目风险的识别、分析与管控，推动解决方案落地。 2. 组织站会、复盘会、迭代规划会等关键会议，促进项目相关方高效信息同步与协同。 3. 诊断并优化项目流程，梳理标准开发管线，迭代流程以提升研发效能；同时研究 AI 工具在项目管理中的应用场景，制定引入计划并推动落地。 4. 定期复盘团队效能，输出可视化数据报告驱动业务优化；管理组织过程资产，沉淀优秀实践为可复用经验。 5. 协助组织团队活动，营造积极团结的团队氛围。 任职要求 1. 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机 / 软件相关专业、985/211 高校毕业优先； 2. 3 年项目管理经验，游戏行业研发 PM 或完整项目周期经验优先； 3. 熟悉 Scrum/Kanban 等敏捷方法论，能灵活应用于游戏开发场景，具备统筹协调、跨部门沟通及结构化分析汇报能力； 4. 抗压能力强，适应多任务管理与高强度工作； 5. 热爱游戏行业，对休闲 / SLG 品类有了解且愿意长期发展优先。 加分项 - 持有 PMP、CSM、ACP 等项目管理认证； - 熟练使用 JIRA/TAPD 等项目管理工具或 Git/SVN 等开发工具链； - 对 AI 在项目管理中的应用有实践经验或浓厚兴趣。
