岗位职责 1、统筹多项目全生命周期（启动至上线运营）的进度规划与落地跟进，保障项目按期交付，并负责项目风险的识别、分析与管控，推动解决方案落地。 2、组织站会、复盘会、迭代规划会等关键会议，促进项目相关方高效信息同步与协同。 3、诊断并优化项目流程，梳理标准开发管线，迭代流程以提升研发效能；同时研究 AI 工具在项目管理中的应用场景，制定引入计划并推动落地。 4、定期复盘团队效能，输出可视化数据报告驱动业务优化；管理组织过程资产，沉淀优秀实践为可复用经验。 5、协助组织团队活动，营造积极团结的团队氛围。

任职要求 1、全日制本科及以上学历； 2、3-5 年项目管理经验，游戏行业研发 PM 或完整项目周期经验优先； 3、具有 0-1搭建项目管理流程及体系优先； 4、熟悉 Scrum/Kanban 等敏捷方法论，能灵活应用于游戏开发场景，具备统筹协调、跨部门沟通及结构化分析汇报能力； 5、抗压能力强，适应多任务管理与高强度工作； 6、热爱游戏行业，对捕鱼、休闲品类有了解且愿意长期发展优先。

加分项 1、持有 PMP、CSM、ACP 等项目管理认证； 2、熟练使用 飞书项目、JIRA、TAPD 等项目管理工具或 Git/SVN 等开发工具链。
