岗位职责： 1. 负责管理游戏开发项目进度，包括从项目启动到上线期间全流程的规划排期和落地跟进，保证项目按期交付； 2. 负责对项目开发过程中的风险进行识别、分析、管控，评估风险并提出解决方案，推进风险问题解决； 3. 负责组织部门沟通会议，如立项会、复盘会、风险会等，保持项目相关方之间的及时且高效的信息同步； 4. 负责对项目现有流程进行诊断和优化迭代，并推动管理方案的落地、实施、监控； 5. 协助梳理标准高效的产品开发管线，并牵头制定项目开发的完整流程操作手册； 6. 定期复盘团队产出效能，整理团队数据，输出可视化的团队与项目状态报告，汇报给制作人 7. 选择合适方式和工具管理组织过程资产，包括针对项目文档、资源、规范和标准、项目阶段产出物、团队知识库的管理 8. 组织项目组分享工作经验，使优秀实践和成功经验得以传承 9. 协助团队负责人开展团队建设，组织团队活动，营造团队氛围

任职资格： 1. 有休闲棋牌类项目管理经验，独立主导过完整的项目管理周期； 2. 本科及以上学历，985/211高校毕业优先； 3. 具备良好的统筹、沟通和组织协调能力； 4. 有较强的逻辑分析能力，有一定的抗压能力；
