岗位职责： 1. 负责游戏产品版本和项目推进管理，围绕业务目标制定并推动需求从评审、排期、开发、验收至上线的全流程落地，保障关键节点和交付结果达成。 2. 协同策划、技术、美术、测试、运营等多职能团队，推动跨团队协作与信息对齐，及时识别并处理需求变更、资源冲突、协作依赖等问题。 3. 结合产品阶段目标和版本节奏，推进重点项目和较大变化项的拆解、计划制定与执行跟进，确保复杂事项有人负责、有节奏推进、有结果闭环。 4. 负责项目推进过程中的风险识别、问题预警和处理协调，对影响进度、质量和落地效果的关键问题及时拉通相关角色推动解决。 5. 参与产品需求梳理和版本优先级协调，协助团队在多事项并行推进的情况下明确轻重缓急，提升资源使用效率和整体推进质量。 6. 支撑多个研发小团队并行协作场景下的项目推进，建立清晰的协同机制、信息同步方式和关键节点管理方法，提升跨团队交付效率。 7. 持续沉淀并优化项目推进过程中的协作规范、流程机制、阶段产出和关键信息管理方式，提升团队在复杂项目中的可协作性与可复用性。 8. 定期输出项目状态、阶段进展、风险项及关键结论，为制作人及团队负责人提供清晰、准确的项目判断依据，并推动阶段性复盘和改进落地。

任职资格： 1. 3-5年项目管理相关工作经验，有游戏行业或互联网复杂项目经验者优先；有棋牌、捕鱼、休闲等产品相关经验者优先。 2. 具备完整版本周期或项目周期推进经验，能够独立承接从目标理解、计划制定、过程推进到结果落地的项目管理工作。 3. 有较强的复杂版本管理能力，能够在需求较多、变化较快、多团队并行协作的环境下梳理重点、稳定推进。 4. 能与策划、技术、美术、测试、运营等角色高效沟通，理解不同职能的关注点与协作方式，推动复杂事项快速对齐和落地。 5. 对产品推进有较强理解，不只停留在排期跟进和事务协调层面，能够结合目标、体验、节奏和业务结果推动项目向前。 6. 具备较强的推进力和问题解决能力，能够主动识别推进中的卡点、风险和依赖，并形成具体抓手推动闭环。 7. 具备良好的逻辑分析和结构化表达能力，能够在相对模糊的环境中梳理问题、明确重点并协助推动决策。 8. 对多团队协作、迭代推进和持续改进有实际理解，能够结合项目实际情况优化协作方式，而不是机械套用流程方法。 9. 细致认真，能够看住关键节点、过程细节和协作
