一、岗位画像 具备5年以上项目管理、研发效能、运维平台建设或DevOps相关工作经验，拥有扎实的运维技术背景，能够深度理解游戏行业运维部门业务特性、游戏项目全生命周期中的运维支撑模式，以及中后台技术平台建设的协作逻辑。熟悉敏捷项目管理方法，能够在多团队、多角色、多依赖并行推进的复杂环境下，统筹推进运维DevOps、CI/CD、发布平台、自动化工具链等方向的平台建设项目落地。 兼具体系搭建、流程治理与项目运营能力，能够围绕运维部门平台化、标准化、自动化建设目标，搭建适配运维产研场景的项目管理体系，沉淀需求管理、迭代管理、风险预警、复盘改进、度量分析等机制；同时具备优秀的跨部门、跨职能协同能力，能够联动运维、研发、测试、技术中台及各游戏项目组，推动复杂技术项目高效协同。能够精准识别平台建设过程中的关键风险、协作堵点与资源矛盾，推动问题闭环解决，通过项目机制建设、敏捷管理实践与持续复盘优化，全面提升运维平台建设效率、交付质量与组织协作效能，为运维部门DevOps及CI/CD能力建设提供系统化管理支撑。 二、岗位职责 1. 负责运维DevOps、CI/CD、发布平台、自动化工具链等重点建设项目的统筹管理，推动项目按计划高质量落地。 2. 搭建并持续优化适配运维平台建设场景的项目管理体系，覆盖需求收集、优先级管理、迭代规划、进度跟踪、风险预警、复盘闭环等关键环节。 3. 推动敏捷项目管理方法在运维产研团队中的落地，组织需求评审、迭代规划、站会同步、里程碑跟踪、版本回顾等项目活动，保障重点项目稳定推进。 4. 联动运维、研发、测试及各游戏项目组，梳理项目目标、范围、依赖关系及阶段成果，识别跨团队协作中的阻塞点并推动问题闭环解决。 5. 建立项目风险治理机制，常态化识别范围蔓延、需求反复、资源冲突、技术依赖不清等问题，形成风险台账并推动预警和处理。 6. 搭建项目数据统计维度与监控模型，定期分析需求吞吐、迭代达成率、延期率、资源投入、自动化覆盖率等关键指标，通过数据支撑管理决策与流程优化。 7. 协助优化飞书项目、Jira等项目协作工具的使用规范和流程配置，固化项目管理标准，提升运维技术项目协同效率与透明度。 三、任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息管理、项目管理、自动化等相关专业优先。 2. 具备5年以上项目管理、技术项目管理、运维平台建设、研发效能或DevOps相关工作经验；有运维平台、发布平台、CI/CD平台、自动化工具链建设项目经验者优先。 3. 熟练掌握项目管理方法论，熟悉敏捷项目管理实践，能够独立完成项目规划、迭代管理、过程跟踪、风险控制和复盘改进。 4. 具备较强的技术理解能力，熟悉运维、发布、环境、流水线、变更管理等基础概念，能够快速理解DevOps及CI/CD相关建设内容。 5. 具备良好的体系化思维和流程抽象能力，能够围绕运维平台建设沉淀项目管理规范、机制和模板，推动标准化落地。 6. 具备较强的数据意识和分析能力，能够通过项目数据识别交付效率问题、资源瓶颈及管理风险，并输出针对性优化方案。 7. 具备优秀的跨部门、跨团队、跨角色沟通协调能力，结果导向、抗压能力强，能够在复杂协作环境下持续推动结果落地。 四、加分项 1. 拥有游戏行业从业经验，熟悉游戏项目研发流程、上线发布流程及运维支撑模式。 2. 有研发效能平台、DevOps平台、CI/CD平台、自动化发布平台项目经验者优先。 3. 熟悉飞书项目、Jira、Confluence等协作工具。 4. 持有PMP、ACP或相关项目管理认证者优先。
