（一）核心定位 该岗位核心定位为中台产品与项目的“桥梁型操盘手”，核心职责是衔接业务项目组与中台团队，破解需求协同壁垒，同时牵头中台产品运营与价值变现。需具备突出的跨团队沟通协调能力，能对齐目标、解决落地卡点；懂中台产品逻辑，有中大型项目统筹管控能力；结果导向，关注运营数据，能应对多项目并行场景，独立解决复杂问题。要求3-5年及以上中台产品运营或项目协调经验，具备基础数据分析能力，中高级岗位需有团队管理意识，优先游戏行业从业者，有完整项目运营案例者优先。 （二）岗位职责 跨团队协同：衔接业务项目组与中台团队，拆解需求、对齐优先级，协调解决落地卡点，保障需求高效传递与交付。 产品运营：牵头中台产品落地运营，收集用户反馈、跟踪核心数据，反推产品优化，推动迭代升级。 项目管控：统筹中后台产品相关项目，制定计划、把控风险、协调资源，沉淀经验并优化协作流程。 体系搭建：搭建并优化产品运营体系（需求响应、用户反馈等），提升产品易用性与业务赋能价值。 团队赋能：带领团队推进工作，指导初级人员，推动跨部门协作常态化。 其他工作：配合PM负责人完成产品战略落地、数据复盘等工作，落实上级交办任务。 （三）任职要求 学历要求：本科及以上学历，计算机、产品管理、项目管理、工商管理等相关专业优先； 工作经验：3-5年及以上中台产品运营、项目协调或项目管理相关工作经验，有游戏公司中台产品运营经验者优先； 具备极强的跨团队沟通、冲突协调能力，能精准对齐需求、解决协同卡点，兼顾业务方与中后台团队诉求； 懂中台产品逻辑，具备扎实的产品运营思维和项目管控能力，能独立统筹中大型项目，把控项目进度与风险； 具备基础的数据分析能力，能通过运营数据发现问题、反推优化方向，熟练使用Teambition、飞书项目、飞书多维表格等项目管理工具； 结果导向，责任心强，能应对多项目并行场景，具备独立解决复杂问题的能力； 具备团队管理意识，能带领小团队推进工作，沉淀工作方法，提升团队整体效率。 加分项：有互游戏公司中后台产品运营/项目协调经验；熟悉中后台核心产品的运营逻辑；持有PMP、产品经理相关认证者优先。
