岗位职责 1、对 SDK 接入体验和接入效率负责，围绕接入准备、配置联调、验收上线及版本升级，制定产品规划与优化方案； 2、梳理接入各环节的前置条件、操作步骤、职责分工及验收标准，优化环节衔接，减少等待、返工和重复沟通； 3、负责开发者门户和管理后台的产品设计，完善接入文档、配置校验、进度跟踪及问题反馈，提升平台易用性与项目自助接入能力； 4、统筹游戏产品在安卓联运渠道、iOS 及 PC 平台的技术对接、联调测试、上架与版本迭代，协调解决兼容性及发布问题，保障项目按期上线； 5、结合项目反馈与接入数据，跟踪接入周期、联调问题和自助完成情况，持续验证并改进接入效果。 岗位要求 1、本科及以上学历，3 年及以上 B 端或平台产品经验，具备完整的产品设计与交付经历； 2、具备流程梳理与产品设计能力，能明确各环节的角色、规则、依赖和异常处理，输出清晰的流程图、产品原型及验收标准； 3、理解 SDK 基本架构、客户端与服务端交互，了解接口调用、回调及版本兼容机制，能够与研发评估接入方案和技术风险； 4、了解游戏发行与 SDK 接入流程，熟悉安卓联运渠道、iOS 或 PC 平台中至少一类的技术对接、上架及版本发布流程； 5、具备跨团队项目推进与数据分析能力，能够管理需求优先级、排期及交付依赖，通过接入数据和项目反馈验证改进效果。
