岗位职责 1.负责部门核心系统的技术选型与架构设计，构建体系化且具备技术前瞻性的系统架构 2.主导账号体系、全球化支付体系、用户标签画像等核心领域的技术架构设计与持续优化 3.负责技术难题预研与攻关，解决系统中的关键架构问题，对系统稳定性负全责 4.参与核心架构代码编写，对开发工程师进行技术指导与培训，规范团队开发流程 5.与合作方协作推进项目高质量交付，对项目交付结果负责 6.负责技术团队建设与管理，带领团队达成业务和技术目标 任职资格 1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，7年以上Java开发经验，5年以上大型系统架构设计经验 2.具备丰富的C端高并发系统架构经验，深度参与过以下四个及以上领域的项目实践：账号体系，用户画像，用户行为分析，国内外充值中心，充值数据对账。 3.精通微服务架构设计，具备RESTful API设计经验，熟悉HTTP/HTTPS、OAuth2等协议 4.具备大型分布式系统设计能力，能够处理高并发、高可用、可扩展的系统架构问题 5.精通Spring全家桶（Spring Boot、Spring Cloud、Spring Security）等主流框架 6.精通Elasticsearch、Kafka/RocketMQ、ZooKeeper、Redis、MySQL等中间件原理与应用 7.具备优秀的系统稳定性建设经验，能够设计和实施容灾、降级、监控等稳定性保障方案 8.具备良好的技术领导力，能够带领技术团队完成复杂项目，达成业务目标 9.具备优秀的学习能力、逻辑思维能力和技术表达能力 10.具备强烈的责任心和自我驱动力，能够主动推动技术改进和团队成长 优先考虑 有AI相关经验；有从0到1主导大型系统架构设计的成功案例。
