岗位职责： 1.负责欧美新项目日常版本运营工作，辅助主运营进行版本运营规划、活动规划与落地执行，提升项目各项数据； 2.根据运营目标，提出游戏后台需求，并制作跟进； 3.监控游戏核心数据（DAU/MAU、留存率、付费率、ARPU值等），重点开展外网玩家机台、系统及活动数据分析，挖掘数据变化趋势与玩家行为特征，针对性提出运营优化方案并推动落地； 4.负责游戏商业化工作，包括付费点优化、礼包设计、定价策略调整等，达成团队既定的营收目标； 5.维护玩家社区，及时响应玩家反馈，搭建良好的玩家关系，提升玩家粘性与口碑； 6.协同研发、投放、客服等团队，推进版本更新、bug修复、新功能上线等工作。 岗位要求 1.本科及以上学历； 2.有Social Slots欧美头部竞品运营相关工作经验者优先； 3.具有1年以上Social Slots运营经验； 4.有较强的分析规划能力和开拓创新意识，灵活的应变能力； 5.有较强的数据分析与逻辑分析能力； 6.工作积极主动，有强烈的工作愿望与责任心，有包容不同意见的工作态度； 7.精通excel、ppt，有SQL基础者优先； 8.熟练常用的数据分析平台，如dataeye、talkdata、flurry； 9.有玩家社区运营、活动策划落地、商业化优化成功案例者优先。
