岗位职责： 1. 能够根据制作人的需求，独立负责休闲棋牌游戏核心玩法相关的需求发起、跟踪、落地、数据分析、复盘的全流程，确保功能实现和目标完成。 2. 负责项目组游戏的相关系统和功能设计，根据需求整理并输出完整且可执行的策划方案并跟进实现。 3. 负责把控功能/项目进度，协调美术、研发资源，保障所负责的项目模块按计划完成开发上线； 4. 参与分析行业竞品，能独立整理和分析竞品的优缺点，并能根据产品现状，提出优化建议并输出完整的优化方案。 任职要求 1. 985/211本科及以上学历，有游戏策划相关实习经验者优先。 2. 能够独立完成从策划方案设计、跟进需求、功能落地的完整流程，并根据上线效果对功能进行调优和迭代。 3. 能够熟练使用Excel，具有优秀的逻辑分析能力，有数据分析能力者优先。 4. 自驱能力强，能够分析总结并提炼出问题。
