岗位职责 1.视觉战略与原创设计： · 主导新游戏的核心视觉概念、世界观与主题设定，从0到1构建独特且具有商业潜力的视觉体系。 · 负责游戏内所有关键视觉资产的原创设计，包括但不限于：主视觉符号、特色角色、场景背景、标志性UI元素及大奖视觉表现。 · 深入理解数学模型（RTP、波动率）与玩家心理，确保视觉设计能精准服务于游戏机制、情绪节奏与付费动机。 2.质量把控与标准制定： · 为项目建立并维护最高水准的美术质量标杆与设计规范。 · 审核、指导并提升团队内外部原画师的作品，提供专业、具体的反馈，确保产出与整体视觉战略高度统一。 · 构建和维护可复用的视觉资产库与风格指南，提升团队效率和产品一致性。 3.跨部门领导与协作： · 作为美术团队的技术与创意核心，与主美、技术美术及动效团队紧密合作，确保概念设计能高效、高质地落地。 · 与产品经理、数学家深度沟通，准确理解业务需求，并将抽象的商业目标转化为充满魅力的视觉解决方案。 · 积极分享专业知识，帮助团队成员成长，营造追求卓越的创作氛围。

任职资格 1.必备经验与技能： · 大专及以上学历，美术、设计相关专业。 ·5年以上游戏行业原画设计经验，至少3年专注于Slots领域。拥有成功上线且商业表现良好的项目经验。 · 具备顶尖的手绘功底与数字绘画能力，精通Photoshop等主流创作软件。作品集展示出对色彩、构图、叙事和风格的强大掌控力。 · 深厚的视觉叙事能力，能通过单幅画面或系列设计讲述故事，营造强烈的情感氛围。 2.核心思维与能力： ·强烈的产品与用户思维：始终考虑设计对玩家行为（如付费意愿、留存时长）和商业指标的影响。 ·系统化设计思维：能够从整体出发，设计可扩展、可延展的视觉系统，而非孤立的美术元素。 · 卓越的沟通与领导力：能清晰阐述设计理念，推动共识，并带领团队向明确目标前进。 · 主动性与抗压能力：能在快节奏、高要求的环境中主导创新，并对最终视觉效果负责。

优先考虑条件 1. 有主导或深度参与知名Slots项目的经验。 2. 具备一定的3D基础或引擎知识，能与3D团队进行高效技术沟通。 3. 对AIGC工具有实践经验和独到见解，能将其融入并优化传统创作流程。 4. 有海外市场或多元化文化背景项目的设计经验。
