岗位职责： 1. 主导UI整体风格设计，结合棋牌类用户偏好与市场差异化需求，建立统一的视觉语言体系（包括色彩、icon、动效、布局等）； 2. 完成游戏大厅、游戏对局、商城、活动等核心模块的UI界面设计，确保功能性与视觉表现力的平衡； 3. 深度参与交互原型评审，提出视觉层面的优化建议，提升用户操作流畅度与沉浸感； 4. 制定可复用的UI组件库及设计规范文档，推动开发团队高效落地；

任职资格: 1. 大专以及上学历，美院/相关专业毕业优先； 2. 5年及以上游戏UI从业经验，至少主导过1款从0到1成功上线的棋牌/休闲类游戏项目； 3. 有团队管理经验或者导师带教经验优先； 4. 熟练使用PS，有U3D制作经验或平面设计经验以及熟练使用AI的小伙伴优先； 5. 了解并热爱游戏行业，熟知美术开发流程细节，思维活跃，富有想象力和创造性思维； 6. 具有良好团队合作精神，能够高效的沟通和协作；
