岗位职责： 1. 负责游戏界面设计，能根据玩家需求设计信息明确且交互顺畅的题材风格效果； 2. 配合UI组长进行高效的量产工作，且保证上线资源无疏忽； 3. 对于不同系统能够给出符合美术主题的有创意的包装思路； 4. 参与对交互相关的体验做出合理的优化，便于无游戏经验用户也能快速掌握和理解； 5. 长期体验竞品美术风格与交互逻辑并学习其长处后转为己用; 任职要求: 1. 本科及以上学历，油画、游戏设计、动画设计相关专业，八大美院优先，应届毕业优先; 2. 2年以上游戏美术工作经验，擅长国风、日韩欧美卡通风格视觉表达， 3. 参与完整2D游戏项目UI制作以及参与过微信小游戏、小程序 H5 容器适配特性研发优先，参与过受苹果或Taptap推荐的游戏优先； 4. 熟练掌握PS，且具有良好的手绘能力，对于配图相关素材能够独立完成，擅长AI辅助产出，有figma使用经验的优先； 5. 爱玩游戏，关注各平台类游戏资讯，具备一定游戏热点向的敏感度，熟悉微信小游戏的优先. 6. 具有团队协作精神，良好抗压能力，擅长沟通，主动补位。
