工作职责 1. 负责休闲小游戏项目中的 UI 视觉设计工作，包括主界面、玩法界面、弹框、结算、图标等内容的设计。 2. 根据产品玩法和用户体验需求，完成界面信息层级梳理、视觉包装、交互状态表现，确保界面清晰、轻松、易理解，符合休闲游戏用户的操作习惯。 3. 参与休闲小游戏的美术风格探索与竞品参考分析，能够结合竞品玩法，产出符合项目调性的 UI 方案。 4. 配合策划、程序和美术团队完成需求沟通、资源拆分、适配检查及版本落地，保证设计稿能够顺利实现。 5. 根据项目规范进行 UI 资源管理与复用，保持设计风格统一，提升制作效率和版本交付稳定性。

任职要求 1. 3–5年游戏 UI 设计经验，有休闲游戏、小游戏、平台活动、轻量化玩法界面设计经验者优先。 2. 具备较好的 UI 视觉表现能力，能够独立完成界面排版、按钮、图标、弹框、奖励表现等UI全链路设计工作。 3. 熟悉休闲游戏的视觉特点，对休闲游戏设计风格有一定理解，能够把玩法内容包装得简单易懂、有吸引力。 4. 具备基础的交互理解能力，能够根据玩法逻辑合理组织信息层级，用户体验等。 5. 熟练使用 Photoshop、Figma、AI设计设计工具，具备良好的审美能力。 6. 工作积极主动，沟通顺畅，能够配合策划和程序推进需求落地，富有团队精神，抗压性强。
