岗位职责 1. 负责棋牌项目整体视觉风格把控与品质提升，主导 UI 体系搭建，并对项目最终美术结果负责； 2. 负责核心界面设计与视觉升级，包括大厅、牌桌、活动、商城、赛事、弹窗、引导等模块，确保整体风格统一、体验完整、表现有竞争力； 3. 根据产品定位、用户偏好及商业化需求，制定并持续优化项目视觉方向，提升产品在品质感、辨识度、氛围感和付费包装上的表现； 4. 统筹 UI、图标、装饰包装、活动氛围及相关视觉资源设计，推动从方案到落地的完整闭环； 5. 深度参与产品方案讨论，能够从玩法表现、视觉包装、信息层级、用户体验等维度提出专业建议； 6. 与策划、程序、动效、特效及外包团队高效协作，持续跟进设计落地、效果验收与版本优化； 7. 建立和完善项目 UI 规范、视觉规范及资源标准，提升团队产出一致性与制作效率； 8. 关注棋牌及休闲赛道的视觉趋势和用户偏好变化，结合竞品持续推动项目美术升级； 9. 熟练运用 AI 工具参与风格探索、方案生成、资产辅助和流程优化，推动 AI 在实际项目流程中的有效落地； 10. 在需要时承担团队指导与质量把关职责，带动相关岗位能力提升，保障整体交付质量。 任职要求 1. 美术设计、视觉传达、数字媒体或相关专业优先，具备扎实的美术基础和成熟的审美判断； 2. 5年及以上游戏美术相关经验，3年及以上 UI 设计或综合视觉相关经验，有棋牌、休闲、Slot、捕鱼等项目经验者优先； 3. 有完整项目经验，具备主导核心视觉模块或整体风格方向的实际经历，能够独立对项目视觉结果负责； 4. UI 基础扎实，熟悉信息层级、版式结构、视觉节奏和功能易读性，能够平衡审美表现与用户体验； 5. 熟悉棋牌游戏产品特性，理解棋牌用户对品质感、亲和力、氛围感、商业化包装和视觉记忆点的需求； 6. 具备较强的整体把控能力，不仅能做界面，也能把控图标、装饰元素、活动包装、牌桌氛围等相关视觉内容； 7. 熟练使用 Photoshop、Illustrator、Figma 等设计工具，有动效理解、动效协作经验或引擎落地经验者优先； 8. 熟悉主流 AI 设计工具及工作流，包括但不限于 Midjourney、Stable Diffusion、ComfyUI 等，能够将 AI 实际接入项目生产流程； 9. 具备良好的沟通协作能力、推动能力和责任心，能够跨部门推进方案高质量落地； 10. 具备较强的自驱力、抗压能力和结果导向意识。 加分项
