岗位职责 1. 负责休闲类游戏整体UI视觉设计与风格定调，主导产品视觉体系的迭代与升级，打造高质感、高表现力、高商业化的游戏视觉体验。 2. 独立完成主界面、系统功能、奖励弹窗、数值档位展示、活动专题等核心界面的设计、适配与落地输出，保障整体视觉统一。 3. 结合游戏数值体系、用户体验及商业化逻辑，优化数值可视化呈现、奖励视觉反馈与操作交互体验，有效提升用户沉浸感与收获获得感。 4. 协同原画、动效、程序团队推进项目落地，输出规范的UI切图、标注及设计文档，全程跟进落地效果，及时解决研发过程中的视觉适配问题。 5. 持续调研海内外优质休闲游戏视觉趋势，总结成熟设计方法，沉淀团队UI规范、组件库及设计方法论，赋能团队整体设计能力升级。 6. 参与需求评审与视觉方案研讨，基于产品调性与用户体验，持续优化界面层级、视觉节奏与动态反馈，稳步提升产品整体视觉品质与游玩体验。 任职要求 1. 大专及以上美术、设计相关专业，3年及以上游戏UI设计经验，有休闲数值类、休闲竞技类游戏完整项目落地经验者优先。 2. 具备优秀的审美能力与画面质感塑造能力，熟练掌握轻奢金属、流光、奢华潮流等视觉风格，精通光影、材质、色彩层级表现，能够独立完成整套产品UI风格定调。 3. 熟悉数值向游戏的视觉设计逻辑，掌握数值可视化、奖励情绪节奏、界面层级差异化设计，可通过视觉表现强化奖励体感、区分权益档位、优化用户情绪体验。 4. 熟练使用PS、AI、Figma等主流设计工具，具备良好的组件化、规范化设计思维，拥有完整的设计落地与版本迭代经验，能够精准把控最终视觉还原度。 5. 具备优秀的跨岗位沟通协作能力，熟悉美术制作与程序落地流程，可高效配合动效、研发团队推进需求，保障项目高效落地。 6. 具备良好的复盘与归纳能力，擅长沉淀设计规范与方法论，有视觉体系搭建、方案优化、团队赋能经验者优先。 7. 工作严谨细致、细节敏感度高，具备良好的抗压能力与执行力，可快速适配项目迭代节奏、高效落地各类设计需求。
