岗位职责： 1. 主导核心玩法框架开发，构建高复用、易扩展的客户端玩法业务框架，支持麻将/扑克等多玩法在3D场景中的快速接入 2. 构建数据驱动开发体系，规则编辑器开发（Unity Editor扩展）实现牌型、出牌规则、洗牌规则、计分规则配置 3. 设计玩法内3D资源规范、运行时调度和质量设置策略以满足不同档位机型的性能。 4. 提供玩法表现和3C相关的技术方案支持和实现，包括动效、灯光、镜头、角色、控制。 5. 指导和培养组员设计模式应用能力，建立玩法内容技术规范，提升整体技术水平。 6. 持续与策划、美术、服务器等团队协作，打磨产品核心体验，保障玩法内容的效果、质量和稳定。

任职资格: 1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，985或211优先； 2. 8年+Unity游戏3D项目开发经验。有棋牌/卡牌战斗/RPG战斗相关项目经验优先，有0到1的成功项目经验优先； 3. 熟练掌握C#，精通面向对象编程、设计模式运用。C++/golang服务器相关经验者加分。 4. 掌握3D性能优化，熟悉镜头控制、特效表现、角色动画。有Timeline/Cinemachine/图形渲染shader能力优先。 5. 具备良好的代码组织能力，有良好的代码和文档习惯，对代码质量有较高要求。 6. 清晰的逻辑思维，善于沟通，责任心和抗压能力强，热爱游戏并对开发充满热情；
