岗位职责： 1. 了解策划需求，配合策划根据游戏内容提出相应的3D特效优化方案，合理规划特效资源大小； 2. 主导棋牌游戏核心特效风格，以及关键元素的特效设计工作； 3. 积极参与特效实现技术方案的讨论，提供专业见解，定义视觉动效标准，制定特效制作规范； 4. 严格把控动效质量，对输出的成果进行审核与验收，确保结果符合设计标准，且特效资源满足性能要求；

任职资格: 1. 专科及以上学历，具备5年以上游戏动效设计经验，至少主导过两款游戏的核心动效设计； 2. 具有跨团队协作经验，能够清晰撰写动效需求文档，并主动解决技术落地过程中出现的问题； 3. 能够胜任3D(unity+3Dmax)，同时对2D（spine+ae）特效有一定的了解研究； 4. 熟练使用unity引擎制作特效，完全掌握粒子系统、trail组件，能独立完成特效所需的shader制作； 4. 熟练使用ps、ae、flash等软件产出所需的特效素材； 5. 能够适应产品的不同风格，具有较强的沟通能力，执行能力和问题解决能力； 6. 具有优秀的色感、节奏感，对运动规律有较深的认知，有自己的审美体系；
