我们是专注于精品休闲类游戏的团队，先后研发了多款捕鱼、三消及休闲RPG等项目，其中捕鱼系列产品为公司拳头产品，业内领先水平，已稳定运营多年且收入仍呈上升趋势。

岗位职责： 1. 主导Unity3D客户端技术选型、架构设计、核心模块开发及性能优化，制定技术路线与开发规范 2. 解决开发过程中的技术难题，持续优化Unity引擎实现逻辑、内存管理、渲染性能，改善游戏运行效率 3. 管理客户端技术团队，制定技术规范，把控代码品质，指导和培养团队成员，提升整体技术水平 4. 协调策划、美术、测试等部门，参与制定产品开发计划并跟踪执行，确保项目技术目标达成 5. 撰写技术研究文档、功能开发说明文档、美术制作规范文档，开发Unity相关编辑器和辅助工具，提高团队开发效率

任职资格: 1. 计算机相关专业，全日制统招本科或以上学历，985/211或海外留学经验优先； 2. 5年以上游戏开发经验，3年以上Unity主程工作经验，至少完整参与两款已上架Unity游戏项目的开发； 3. 有0到1的成功项目经验，具备已上架IOS/Android产品开发经验，熟悉移动平台接口适配； 4. 较强的工作规划和执行能力，强烈的责任心和抗压能力； 5. 热爱研究，有优秀的学习能力和思维能力，有良好的团队沟通和协调能力；
