职责描述 - 负责 Domino Cafe 官网、活动页、游戏站点 等 Web 页面开发与优化，提升体验与性能 - 负责 运营后台 及内部 Web 项目的开发、迭代与维护，支持日常运营与配置管理 - 与产品、运营、测试高效协作，推动需求从评审到上线的高质量交付 - 遵循代码规范与工程化流程，保障代码质量与可维护性 - 协助测试完成联调与功能验证，快速定位并修复线上问题

我们希望你是 - 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业；3年及以上 Web 开发经验（前端为主） - 熟练掌握 HTML / CSS / JavaScript，具备页面性能优化与兼容性处理经验；熟悉 Vue 或 React 并有实际项目落地 - 工程习惯好、代码质量意识强（结构清晰、规范统一、可维护），理解力与执行力强，沟通协作顺畅，能在快节奏下稳定交付 - 加分项：有 Spring Boot 相关经验（接口联调/中后台能力建设）；做过运营后台/活动系统/CMS 或配置化平台；有工程化、埋点/监控、线上问题排查与稳定性治理经验
