Chargé(e) de projets – Génie civil commercial

Saint-Sauveur, Laurentides

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) chargé(e) de projets expérimenté(e) pour joindre une entreprise bien établie dans le domaine de la construction et du génie civil. Vous aurez l'occasion de prendre en charge des projets commerciaux d'envergure, de contribuer à la gestion des opérations et de jouer un rôle important au sein d'une équipe dynamique.

Vos responsabilités

  • Assurer la gestion simultanée de plusieurs projets en génie civil commercial et en excavation.
  • Planifier, coordonner et assurer le suivi des chantiers, des échéanciers et des budgets.
  • Effectuer les suivis financiers, préparer les décomptes, gérer la facturation et les extras.
  • Encadrer et déléguer les tâches à une coordonnatrice et une adjointe de projet.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les surintendants, les contremaîtres et l'équipe d'estimation.
  • Assurer une gestion rigoureuse de la documentation et des suivis administratifs.
  • Effectuer des visites de chantier selon les besoins des projets.

Profil recherché

  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets dans le domaine de l'excavation, du génie civil ou chez un entrepreneur général.
  • Expérience en gestion de plusieurs chantiers simultanément.
  • Excellente compréhension des suivis financiers, de la facturation et des extras.
  • Capacité à déléguer, encadrer et mobiliser une équipe.
  • Grande autonomie, rigueur et sens de l'organisation.
  • Personne proactive, débrouillarde et orientée vers les solutions.
  • Connaissance de TPL, Vision et Stack (ou capacité à apprendre rapidement).
