Notre client est une entreprise spécialisée en construction industrielle et commerciale, qui compte environ 600 employés et cumule 35 ans d'expérience. L'entreprise réalise des projets dans des environnements industriels exigeants, où la coordination des travaux et le respect des exigences de sécurité sont essentiels.

Description du poste

Le ou la coordonnateur(trice) de construction – mécanique se joindra à l'équipe de construction, à Lévis. La personne sera responsable de coordonner les activités des entrepreneurs sur le chantier, de suivre l'avancement des travaux et de veiller au respect de la planification et des exigences en santé et sécurité.

Agissant comme représentant du client auprès des entrepreneurs, elle assurera la liaison entre les intervenants et coordonnera les travaux de construction avec les activités courantes de la raffinerie.

Le poste est à temps plein sur site, cinq jours par semaine. Une présence dans la région de Lévis est donc recherchée.

Responsabilités

  • Coordonner les entrepreneurs sur le chantier et veiller au respect de la planification quotidienne.
  • Participer à l'application des exigences en santé et sécurité et au maintien d'un environnement de travail sécuritaire.
  • Participer aux réunions de construction et assurer le suivi de l'avancement des travaux.
  • Anticiper les séquences de travaux à venir et faciliter la coordination entre les intervenants.
  • Tenir à jour les rapports quotidiens de chantier, incluant les activités réalisées, les entrepreneurs présents et les problèmes rencontrés.
  • Agir comme personne-ressource auprès des entrepreneurs et favoriser une collaboration efficace sur le chantier.
  • Coordonner les travaux de construction avec les activités d'entretien, d'exploitation et les opérations courantes de la raffinerie.
  • Veiller à la bonne cohabitation des équipes de construction et du personnel de l'usine.

Profil recherché

  • Expérience en construction, idéalement en milieu industriel.
  • Expérience en tuyauterie industrielle et/ou en appareils sous pression.
  • Bonne connaissance des protocoles de sécurité et des procédures de travail en milieu industriel.
  • Leadership, autonomie et débrouillardise.
  • Bonnes aptitudes en communication et capacité à coordonner plusieurs intervenants.
  • Attitude professionnelle et bon esprit d'équipe.
  • Carte ASP Construction valide.
  • Permis de conduire valide.
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques, notamment les courriels et les rapports de chantier.
