Spécialiste en santé et sécurité – Construction

Lieu : Grand Montréal

Description du poste

Notre client, un acteur établi en gestion immobilière et en réalisation de projets, recherche un(e) spécialiste en santé et sécurité pour soutenir ses projets de construction commerciaux et corporatifs dans la région du Grand Montréal.

La personne recherchée possède une expérience concrète en santé et sécurité sur des projets de construction, une bonne connaissance de la réglementation québécoise et une capacité à accompagner les équipes de projet et les entrepreneurs dans l'application des meilleures pratiques.

Responsabilités

  • Assurer l'application des programmes, politiques et procédures en santé et sécurité sur les projets de construction.
  • Veiller au respect des lois et règlements applicables en santé et sécurité au travail.
  • Accompagner les gestionnaires de projets, les superviseurs et les entrepreneurs dans la prévention des risques.
  • Examiner les programmes de prévention des entrepreneurs et effectuer des inspections, des audits et des suivis de conformité.
  • Superviser les dossiers liés aux matières dangereuses, notamment l'amiante, le plomb et la silice.
  • Participer aux enquêtes d'incidents et déterminer les mesures correctives et préventives requises.
  • Élaborer et offrir des formations, des séances d'information et des activités de sensibilisation en santé et sécurité.
  • Assurer le suivi des indicateurs de performance, des rapports d'incidents et de la documentation réglementaire.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des pratiques et au développement d'une culture de prévention.
  • Se déplacer sur les sites selon les besoins des projets.

Profil recherché

  • Formation en santé et sécurité au travail, en génie, en gestion de la construction ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • De 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en santé et sécurité dans le secteur de la construction commerciale, corporative, institutionnelle ou industrielle.
  • Expérience en gestion de la sécurité des entrepreneurs et en prévention sur les chantiers.
  • Bonne connaissance de la réglementation québécoise en santé et sécurité au travail.
  • Expérience en gestion des matières dangereuses, notamment l'amiante et les substances désignées.
  • Expérience en inspection, en audit de conformité et en enquête d'incidents.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication, en rédaction et en accompagnement des équipes.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et à travailler avec différents intervenants.
  • Bilinguisme français et anglais requis.

Atouts : certifications CRSP, CHSC, NCSO, CIH ou certification d'auditeur COR.
