1、战略规划与体系搭建：基于公司跨境物流整体发展战略，推动仓储体系的运营策略、作业标准化、精益流程升级；搭建仓储运营管理体系、作业标准、流程制度、考核指标，实现各区域仓储的规范化管理； 2、全国仓储运营统筹：统筹管理全国各区域仓、前置仓的日常运营工作，监督入库、存储、出库、退供等全链路作业，保障跨境订单履约时效，商家体验满意度；识别风险预测/运营痛点，推动共性问题的解决与流程优化； 3、成本管控：负责全国仓储运营成本的管控，制定降本增效方案并推动落地，确保成本控制在预算范围内；推动全流程效率迭代/创新，降低整体仓储坪效/人效/作业辅材持有成本下降，对比市场可持续提优； 4、团队与组织发展：负责全国仓储管理团队的搭建、招聘、培养与梯队建设，提升团队整体专业能力、凝聚力与执行力，打造高绩效的仓储运营团队； 5、风险与安全管理：统筹全国仓储的安全生产管理，落实消防安全、货物安全、人员操作安全等规范，杜绝重大安全事故的发生。

1、学历与专业：本科及以上学历，具备良好的英语交流能力，专业等级B2.2； 2、工作经验：5年以上仓储物流相关工作经验，3年以上全国性电商仓储团队管理经验； 3、专业技能：精通仓储运营全流程管理，熟悉各类仓储管理系统，具备较好的数据分析，掌握物流仓储成本管控、流程优化的方法； 4、综合素质：具备良好的领导力、组织协调能力、创新与应急决策能力，能够统筹全国仓储团队达成战略目标。
