日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、数据分析：协助搭建电商业务的数据处理与分析体系，完成日常数据测算，从数据中提炼业务洞察，支撑目标制定与策略决策；基于SQL构建并维护电商分析看板，协同国家策略团队优化数据提取流程、结论产出与周期性报告更新，提升数据驱动效率； 2、项目设计：参与电商平台收费及激励政策的设计、测算与实施，结合数据分析持续优化政策方案；对接运营与商家侧，推动激励政策与平台规则的落地执行，跟踪关键指标进展，保障全局目标达成； 3、项目协同：支持电商平台项目的统筹、跨团队项目协同及日常流程管理，确保各环节顺畅推进。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、Base上海；扎实数据能力：精通Excel、SQL，能用SQL做复杂业务分析与数据提取（必须）； 3、有实习经历（必须），有商业分析、数据分析实习经验优先； 4、实习期4个月以上，每周线下5天，可尽快到岗； 5、沟通、自驱、学习、协调能力强，细致认真、坚韧皮实； 6、英语流利，可作为工作语言，能与外国同事无障碍沟通（必须）。
