1、作为广告商家服务方向的大模型算法团队成员，致力于打造广告与经营垂直领域内的Agent，给客户带来全生命周期的一体化服务，助力商家的经营与成长； 2、产品以抖音商家中心为统一门户，串联电商、本地生活、广告等多业务域的账户、数据与能力，目标是让企业从“人工驱动”升级为“Agent驱动”，实现ROI与利润规模的双重提升； 3、从商家在字节跳动的经营与营销场景切入，围绕商家的主要工作场景，打造To B企业一站式AI工作台，辅助商家完成经营策略的制定与执行落地； 4、不仅要以AI赋能日常工作，更要以Agent为核心驱动日常工作；不强调职能边界，每一个人都希望是全能型人才，不再强调传统的算法与工程的区分，也不再强调产品与研发的边界；只要是围绕产品目标与迭代效率，有想法就直接去端到端实现。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，机器学习、人工智能、数理统计等相关专业优先； 2、了解LLM/Agent领域经验，对复杂系统架构设计、Agent开发、LLM Post-Training、RL等方向中的至少一个有专精和深入的实践经验； 3、熟悉大模型应用算法能力优先，包括并不限于SFT、RAG、Agent、PE等； 4、优秀的代码工程能力、数据结构和基础算法功底，有良好的系统设计能力； 5、有熟练的Agent使用经验，需要有各类Agent产品渗透在个人的日常学习与工作中； 6、擅长多人合作，也能独立作战，有激情、勇于克服困难、乐于挑战、快速尝试，乐于了解业务知识，具有良好的团队合作意识、理解沟通能力以及独立解决问题的能力。
