1、内容策略制定：基于商家助手产品功能、B端用户需求（如效率提升、成本优化、合规性等），制定中英文内容矩阵策略，包括产品手册、教程、案例研究、行业白皮书、短视频教程、直播分享等； 2、AI产品内容运营：负责AI产品相关的内容策划、优化，确保内容准确传递产品价值，同时适配国际电商B端场景（如跨境营销内容生成、多语言合规内容输出等）；并与内容创作团队，例如商家大学、HelpCenter等运营团队紧密合作，共同提升内容覆盖与内容准确性； 3、跨部门协作：联动产品、技术、销售团队，同步产品迭代信息，将技术特性转化为用户易懂的内容，同时收集销售端及用户反馈，优化内容方向； 4、数据驱动优化：跟踪内容曝光、阅读/观看完成率、用户转化效果等数据，定期复盘内容策略，持续优化内容形式与路由分发策略； 5、国际市场适配：需主导国际化电商场景下的内容本地化运营，确保内容符合目标市场（如欧美、东南亚等）的合规要求与用户习惯。

1、2年以上互联网/科技行业内容运营经验，其中至少1年AI产品（AI工具、AI SaaS、AI内容相关产品）运营相关经验，熟悉AI产品的核心逻辑与用户需求； 2、英语可以日常交流顺畅，可独立完成英文邮件沟通、英文内容撰写与基础商务对接（如与海外用户/合作伙伴的简单沟通）； 3、具备扎实的内容策划与创作能力，可驾驭B端专业内容与通俗化科普内容，逻辑清晰、表达严谨； 4、具备数据敏感度，能通过数据洞察内容问题并优化，对AI行业趋势有一定认知，愿意持续学习新技术、新场景； 5、跨部门协作意识强，能高效联动产品、销售、技术团队推进工作；能适应快速迭代的AI行业节奏，应对多任务并行场景。
