团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、评测体系建设与执行：负责AI PPT的评测工作，与产品研发协同迭代评测流程及标准，通过交付高质量评测结果，为Agent优化提供牵引； 2、数据生产与体系构建：梳理AI PPT的业务场景与数据需求，构建覆盖数据采集、标注、质检的全生命周期数据生产与交付体系，持续优化数据质量、提升数据构造效率，为产品迭代提供高质量的数据支撑； 3、线上需求挖掘与分析：围绕用户实际使用情况开展需求分析，识别高价值场景、共性问题和能力缺口，以数据和评测驱动产品效果持续迭代； 4、策略运营与分析：与产品、算法、工程团队紧密协作，完成AI PPT策略分析、敏捷评测、问题归因、迭代调优等工作； 5、前沿方案探索与落地：持续关注大模型与Agent领域前沿的数据构建、策略分析与效果评测技术及方法论，结合业务实际探索数据生产/评测的创新模式。

1、本科及以上学历，人工智能、计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先，有生产力场景理解者加分； 2、具备Agent数据运营、策略运营、模型评测等相关岗位经验；有从0到1的数据生产、评测项目经验者优先；有AI PPT相关项目经验优先； 3、掌握提示词工程（PE）、能独立搭建Agent/Workflow、编写Skill；具备阅读Trace，定位问题根因的能力； 4、Agent深度用户，能熟练使用CodeX、CC等Agent工具，完成自动化工作（如脚本/工具开发、数据分析、信息检索、问题排查等）； 5、工作细致认真，具备较强的责任心、学习能力和质量意识；具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力，能独立带队推进项目任务，并对项目结果负责。
