1、基于抖音UGC用户的投稿路径以及创作动机，优化用户的投稿体验，激发用户有价值的投稿表达，最终提升抖音的UGC目标投稿规模； 2、通过大模型优化投稿链路中各个环节用户体验，包括但不限于投稿前给到用户好的投稿话题推荐、投稿后给到用户个性化的投稿反馈，牵引用户发出有价值的投稿； 3、通过大模型提升整个运营团队工作效率，围绕用户运营的链路，设计自动化运营流程，包括但不限于社群运营Agent、热点话题Skill等； 4、跟进AI技术与创作者生态趋势，持续挖掘用户投稿场景与创新机会，探索大模型与UGC投稿场景的结合方向，助力产品持续创新。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，统计、数学、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、深度使用抖音，熟悉UGC内容与创作者生态，热爱内容产品赛道； 3、了解大模型基础原理与应用，有Skill、Agent、模型评估等相关项目经历优先； 4、逻辑清晰，具备良好数据分析能力，熟练使用SQL，可独立完成数据提取、分析与策略复盘； 5、对AI+内容策略方向兴趣浓厚，自驱力强，善于创新与问题推进。
