1、负责GenAI/LLM的安全评估体系建设，覆盖T2T、T2I、T2V等多模态应用场景，系统性衡量模型在关键风险类型上的表现； 2、建立并推进线上安全评估机制，引入新的评估方法论，推动评估流程向自动化与规模化发展，支撑模型与产品持续迭代； 3、构建与维护安全Benchmark，设计与采集高质量评估样本与对抗样本，使评估数据分布尽量拟合真实用户行为与风险场景； 4、建立并完善根本原因分析体系，形成标准化的问题发现、归因与复盘机制，持续输出可复用的风险模式与优化方向； 5、与模型、算法、产品、数据及安全团队紧密协作，推动关键安全问题进入优化路径并完成闭环验证。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上策略/数据分析/产品/内容安全/AI大模型相关经验，有带领团队或项目负责人经验者优先； 2、逻辑性强，具备系统性思考能力，能够从复杂问题中抽象方法论与机制，而不仅停留在单点结论； 3、对数据变化高度敏感，善于用数据衡量与表达风险，能够组织团队完成问题定位、优化方案设计及验证闭环； 4、对AI产品保持长期兴趣与好奇心，理解LLM/AI Agent基本原理，关注行业前沿动态，愿意持续学习论文与技术报告，并能将技术趋势转化为实际评估与治理能力； 5、具备较强自我驱动力与结果导向意识，能够在不确定性环境中带领团队推进复杂问题落地。 6、英语可作为工作语言。
